Technology and data practices

Technology supports the work. People remain responsible for it.

DataPack Market uses appropriate technology to support selected marketing analysis, content, consulting, and automation services. Client-facing work remains subject to human review and the terms of each engagement.

Our public commitments

Purpose matters

Technology is used in support of a defined client objective and agreed scope.

Client information is handled according to the engagement

The type of information required, permitted access, confidentiality obligations, and any special handling requirements should be identified before work begins.

Client-facing work is reviewed

Recommendations, analysis, and content delivered to clients are reviewed by people before delivery.

Limitations remain visible

Technology and analytics cannot replace missing business context, incomplete information, or required client approval. Important limitations are identified where they affect the work.

Sensitive information should not be submitted through general forms

Passwords, payment information, highly sensitive personal information, restricted data, and confidential customer lists should not be submitted through the public contact form.

Special requirements should be discussed early

Clients with specific legal, security, privacy, access, retention, or technology requirements should raise them during the consultation and contracting process.
